Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your delivery details and payment information. Payment is processed securely through PayFast.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods via PayFast, including:
- Visa and Mastercard credit cards
- Visa and Mastercard debit cards
- Instant EFT (most SA banks)
- Masterpass
- Mobicred
- SCode
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All payments are processed through PayFast, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. Your card details are encrypted and transmitted directly to PayFast — we never see or store your payment information. Our website also uses SSL encryption to protect all data in transit.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation by contacting us at info@jagbuddies.co.za. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our Returns Policy.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. A tax invoice will be sent to your email address once your order has been confirmed. All prices on our website include VAT at 15%.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide across South Africa using reputable courier services. For full delivery information, please see our Delivery Information page.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days to major centres and 5-7 business days to outlying areas. Express delivery options may be available at checkout. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed timeframes.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order. We may offer free delivery on orders above a certain value — check the website for current promotions.
Can I collect my order instead?
Yes, we offer in-store collection as an option at checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a form of ID when collecting.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also contact us if you need help tracking your delivery.
Competitions
How do competitions work?
We host regular prize draw competitions where you can win premium optics, outdoor gear and accessories. Simply purchase a ticket (or multiple tickets) for the competition you wish to enter. Each ticket gives you one entry into the random draw. Winners are drawn on the date specified on the competition page.
Who can enter competitions?
Competitions are open to residents of South Africa aged 18 and older.
Are competition tickets refundable?
No. Competition tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Please ensure you have read the competition terms before purchasing a ticket.
How are winners selected?
Winners are selected by a random draw. The draw is conducted fairly and transparently. Winners are notified via the contact details provided at the time of ticket purchase and may be announced on our website and social media channels.
How will I know if I've won?
Winners are notified by email and/or phone using the contact details provided when purchasing the ticket. We also announce winners on our website and social media. Make sure your contact details are correct when purchasing.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 7-day cooling-off period for online purchases in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Goods must be unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
How do I request a return?
Email us at info@jagbuddies.co.za with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number and instructions within 2 business days.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
