Nationwide Delivery
We deliver to all areas in South Africa via trusted courier partners.
3-7 Business Days
Standard delivery to major centres in 3-5 days, outlying areas 5-7 days.
In-Store Collection
Collect your order for free from our premises during business hours.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all areas within the Republic of South Africa. Delivery is available to residential and business addresses.
For international orders, please contact us directly to discuss availability and costs.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch (not the date of order). Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to public holidays, adverse weather, courier capacity, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.
3. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- The size and weight of your order
- Your delivery destination
- The delivery option selected
Delivery costs will be displayed before you confirm your order, so there are no surprises.
Free Delivery
We may offer free delivery on orders above a certain value. Check our website and social media for current promotions and free delivery thresholds.
4. In-Store Collection
You can choose to collect your order from our premises at no additional cost. Here's how it works:
- Select "Collection" as your delivery option at checkout.
- You will receive an email or SMS notification when your order is ready for collection.
- Collect your order during our business hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00, Saturday 08:00 - 13:00.
- Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid form of identification (ID or driver's licence).
- Orders not collected within 14 days will be subject to cancellation.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- A dispatch confirmation email
- A tracking number for your parcel
- A link to the courier's tracking page
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@jagbuddies.co.za.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Failed Delivery
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will typically attempt delivery again on the next business day or leave a notification for collection at a nearby depot. After multiple failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us and additional delivery charges may apply.
6.2 Damaged Goods on Arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Note the damage on the courier's delivery slip before signing.
- Take photographs of the damaged packaging and goods.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jagbuddies.co.za with your order number and photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
6.3 Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order is incomplete or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
